About the Managing Partners
Federico Antoni and Fernando Lelo de Larrea, ALLVP’s Managing Partners, launched their first fund in 2012 following a decade-long collaboration as students, professors, entrepreneurs and as partners, starting at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where both earned their MBA degrees. Antoni and Lelo de Larrea share significant experience in general management and have complementary skills in marketing, operations, corporate finance, and private equity across Europe and LATAM as well as academic experience teaching entrepreneurship courses in prestigious universities. In 2011, they co-founded Fondeadora, LATAM’s largest crowdfunding platform, which has raised over USD $7M for more than 1,500 projects from 200,000 donators around the globe. In late 2016, Fondeadora reached an exit to Kickstarter, the world’s largest crowdfunding platform for creative projects. In 2010, they launched Venture Institute, the first seed accelerator aimed at developing a solid entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico. In 2016, Venture Institute closed a joint venture with NUMA International —a Paris based, leading player in the international digital ecosystem that connects investors, entrepreneurs, and creators to accelerate and highlight innovation— to become NUMA México.
